0.35 cents per square foot for homes 2000+ sq.ft.

This includes staging services using the homeowners existing furniture and accessories. The homeowner may be asked to purchase additional items such as slipcovers or rugs in which they can purchase on their own time and a store of their choice. This also may include light painting if deemed necessary, however, extensive painting or wallpaper removal will need to be done by the homeowner.

Set-up/Take-down fee: This is a one time fee charged on the first month's rental.
