In-Home Consultation
Approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours is spent walking through the house with the homeowner discussing the areas that need to be addressed. Upon completion, a written detailed plan of the suggestions provided will be sent.
Complete Staging Services
Let us do the work for you! We will spend 1-2 days in your home making changes we feel would make the home feel bigger and more inviting. We will move furniture, wall art and accessories to locations that will provide a good flow without looking cluttered. Depending on the need, light painting may be done.
Staging of Vacant Houses
The average buyer has a hard time visualizing a space and how their furniture will work within that space if they are looking at an empty room. For vacant houses, furniture and accessories are used to create a living space the buyer could "see" themselves in. Furniture and accessories are rented on a month to month basis.
